- Built a 14-module company-wide AI enablement course (SCORM), deployed to ~1,600 active users at a 61% completion rate; academy adoption spans accounts representing $13.9M (named) and $2.6M (scaled) ARR.
- Deployed ~10 production AI agents and 3 MCP servers; reduced PMM time-to-delivery approximately 50% and roughly doubled output with no added headcount.
